- The meeting was called to order by Rich B. at 7:35 p.m.
- Treasury report was read by Roger S. and accepted by members present.
- News & Notes
- Dennis B. needs help in 2012 for regular maintenance on our side of the pond.
- Voting results were approved; Charles D., Jim J., and Ralph B. were re-elected to the same Board positions as 2011.
- The remaining three Board members will remain in their same positions.
- Picnic comments were very positive and a great day was had by all.
